Gift Card Redemption Policies

-By appointment only.


-The date of expiration indicated on the gift card is non-negotiable. The card holder is responsible for planning and scheduling their appointment within the alloted timeframe.  Absolutely no exceptions.  


-When booking, please indicate that you will be redeeming a gift card.


-Gift card must be presented at time of appointment, no exceptions.


-Limit 1 gift card per appointment.


-Gift card may not be combined with any other offers or promotions.


-Gift cards may not be combined nor split over multiple appointments.


-The card holder is expressly responsible for retention until use, lost cards will not be replaced, no exceptions.


-If a first time guest, you must complete a client intake form. You may print and complete it ahead of time to bring with you or complete it in office at the time of your appointment.


- If you have skin sensitivities, allergies, or are otherwise opposed to the use of essential oils for your massage session, please advise therapist when booking so that your appointment may be customized accordingly.
